Remote Marketing Communications Intern @ Intracellular Beauty (Ayucell Brand) - shared by Bucknell alumni
Questions: Brian Herf '99, brianherf@gmail.com
Company Name: Intracellular Beauty
Brand: Ayucell™
About the Company
Ayucell is at the intersection of Korean beauty and cellular health.
Perry Ha was the original founder of the Ayucell brand when he experienced skin benefits while taking NAD+ enhancing dietary supplements in his late 50’s. He partnered with the world’s foremost authority on NAD metabolism, Dr. Charles Brenner to develop a topical skincare concept that boosts NAD+ in skin cells. Perry took his concept to Korea to determine how to commercialize, and after several years of development and clinical trials following Korean FDA guidelines, Ayucell was born.
Ayucell has demonstrated that it can provide significant anti-aging benefits for people looking to reduce wrinkles, dark spots and sagging skin, while also increasing hydration. In fact, Ayucell was clinically proven to reduce the average age index by 10 years in as little as 8 weeks of use.
Brian Herf (ChE ‘99) and Patrick Chung acquired the company in March 2025 and are pursuing distribution throughout the professional beauty industry (spas, salons, dermatological centers, etc.). Both Brian and Patrick are the only 2 employees of the company, however they outsource logistical and operational functions, and utilize marketing agencies to support tactical execution.
